Manager – E commerce and Digital Strategy
Our Manager of Omnichannel Strategy and Growth is responsible for defining and executing the digital and e-commerce roadmap to drive online sales, brand visibility, and omnichannel growth. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring a seamless customer journey across digital touchpoints while aligning closely with retail, marketing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own the e-commerce and digital strategy, aligned with overall business and brand objectives.
- Define short-, mid-, and long-term roadmaps for online growth, platform development, and digital capability building.
- Identify new digital opportunities, channels, and partnerships to accelerate growth.
E-commerce Performance
- Own online sales performance, conversion, AOV, traffic, and customer acquisition KPIs.
- Optimise the e-commerce platform for UX, content, merchandising, and checkout performance.
- Lead product listing, pricing coordination, promotions, and online assortment strategy.
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Work closely with marketing teams and agencies to drive traffic through paid media, SEO, CRM, social, and performance marketing.
- Ensure digital campaigns are commercially focused and conversion-led.
- Oversee customer journey, retention, and loyalty initiatives across digital channels.
Omnichannel Integration
- Collaborate with retail and operations teams to enable click & collect, ship-from-store, returns, and unified customer experience.
- Support new store launches with digital activation and localised online strategies.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyse, and report on digital performance metrics and ROI.
- Use insights to continuously refine strategy, improve conversion, and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure dashboards and reporting are clear, actionable, and aligned with leadership expectations.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with platform providers, agencies, and technology partners.
- Work cross-functionally with merchandising, supply chain, finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution.
