Sales and Account Manager
Our Sales Manager has extensive experience in the UAE building business and guiding new companies during their market entry and expansion journey in the region. He plays a critical commercial function responsible for driving topline growth and strengthening our market presence and that of our partners. Our Sales Manager owns the sales strategy and execution, focusing on acquiring new business, expanding key accounts and building long-term, profitable customer relationships.
Working closely with our marketing, operations and finance teams, our Sales Manager ensures alignment between the commercial objectives and on-ground execution, while maintaining strong pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting and performance tracking. Beyond revenue delivery, the role plays a key part in representing the brand externally, negotiating commercial partnerships and establishing a customer-centric, results-driven sales culture that supports sustainable growth.
